Every item receives a quality inspection at the manufacturer and again at the distribution point. This quality production enables Cosy to warrant all jewelry items against defects to ensure our customers the best possible product.
- Cosy will repair or replace any item returned due to manufacturer’s defect with it’s original receipt.
- All items will be repaired or replaced with the same item. For any item that cannot be repaired and is no longer carried in stock by Cosy, the customer can select a piece of equal or lesser value from the current line.
- Normal wear and tear or accidental breakage by either the hostess or the customer is not covered under this policy. Damage from exposure to chemicals such as hairspray, chlorine and/or perfume, etc. is also not covered.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, plus shipping from the time the item is received.

- Customers have 14 days from the date of order to return any unworn item (with their original receipt) for a full refund.
- All items must be returned to the hostess in the same condition with all original packaging.
- Items received due to an error on the part of the company may be returned for full credit, after the error has been verified.

- Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
